If your purchase is made via the internet, (with the exception of our site) or from an individual in person, that seller assumes all liability for freight damage, service, installation, warranty support.  Again, TBS will bear absolutely no responsibility for purchases made via the internet or from an unauthorized dealer.

That being said, our precision engineered stoves, barrel stove kit and hot plate kit are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser who uses our product in a normal and responsible way and without any modification.  Please contact us on this site for a claim or any questions concerning parts or service needs.  We are excited about our new products and will stand behind them.  Your satisfaction and enjoyment of your new products is our number one goal.
